1973 Cabinet Documents Images

It was discovered in the 1973 cabinet minutes that two months before the devastating 1974 floods, the State Government rejected a flood report which estimated 10,000 homes could be flooded.

The Committee for the Inquiry into the Status of Women was established in 1973.

The first Anti-hijacking measures, including an x-ray machine for Brisbane airport, took place in response to the rise of international hijacking
