Policy and planning

To assist public authorities with implementing Information Standard 40, QSA has developed the Strategic Recordkeeping Implementation Plan Template and Workbook. These documents outline an easy to follow methodology for identifying, analysing and evaluating the particular recordkeeping requirements for each public authority.

Guidance on implementing the principles identified in Information Standard 40 at the operational level is provided in the Operational Recordkeeping Implementation Plan Workbook and Operational Implementation Plan Template.
