The Queensland Recordkeeping Metadata Standard and Guideline (QRKMS) provides advice to public authorities on what recordkeeping metadata is required to identify public records and manage them through time. The document also contains a diagram outlining the required metadata elements.
To assist public authorities when implementing the Standard, the below spreadsheet maps out the required and optional elements of the QRKMS and allows public authorities to specify organisational requirements and implementation decisions. The matrix is based on a tool developed by Queensland Transport.
